If you use Wolters Kluwer’s legal practice management software KLEOS, with KLEOS Mobile on your iPhone you’re always connected to your office.
You have access to the full content of your cases.
You can open, modify, save and add any document.
Your professional calendar is always at hand and up to date, you can look up any case or contact and manage your tasks.
Keep your time sheets updated while you are out of the office.
Any information entered or modified on your iPhone is in real time available in your office and vice versa.
These features are available for all Kleos users, without additional licenses or configuration.


CASES
- open a case from the list of the ones you have last been working in (at your office or on your mobile)
- look up any case by name, number, type or party
- see the list of all persons involved in the case, with their address and contact details
- call, SMS or mail a person with one tap
- see everyone’s appointments and tasks in the case, edit these and add new ones


DOCUMENTS & FILES
- open, review and modify any document and store the new version in the case
- add any files (also from within other apps) to the case, including photos, voice messages, PDF scans, etc. and assign them to a colleague for follow-up
- email documents from your Kleos case


CALENDAR
- view all your professional appointments of today, tomorrow, or any other day
- change any appointment’s date, time, subject or description or copy an appointment to a new date
- add a new one while being on the road
- access the diaries of your office colleagues


TASKS & DEADLINES
- view your pending tasks for today, or for next week
- modify the status or other task data
